Reverend Inell Richardson Claypool

EDUCATION / TRAINING
Rev. Claypool attended Cornell University, graduating with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology and Human Development. She received her Masters of Divinity Degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in Theology and Pastoral Counseling. She has been employed as a Mental Health Therapist in both New England and New York and is a Certified Life Coach through Light University.
Rev. Claypool is currently a Doctor of Ministry candidate on the Pastoral Counseling track at Liberty University
Rev. Claypool was ordained Elder in the New England Conference of the United Methodist Church and is currently a Member in full connection of the Upper New York Conference. She has pastored churches in MA, RI, and NY. She has served on various boards in her denomination, including Vice Chair of the Board of Ordained Ministry, Co-chair of Religion and Race and as Pastoral Mentor. She has served as the President of the Rome Clergy Association. She has recently responded to the call to develop new faith communities, and has started several in Rome, NY.
She is the co-founder of Faithful Women, a ministry of prayer, fellowship and support, encouraging women to listen to God, identify their purpose and move in His flow, using their gifts to make a difference in the lives of others and their community. She is serving as Interim Pastor at St. Paul Georgetown.

FAMILY
Rev. Inell Richardson Claypool was born in Auburn, NY, the oldest daughter to the late Robert L. Richardson and Inez Richardson. She has five siblings, one older brother, Rev. Robert Richardson and four younger sisters, Shemeah Richardson, Dr. Lorrie O’Neal, Cynthia Richardson and Prophetess Sarah Avraham.
Rev. Claypool is extremely proud of the
accomplishments of her siblings, but praises God for the fact that they all have a very real,
tangible and deep relationship with the Lord. This speaks to being raised in a household where
faith and education were valued.
Rev. Claypool is married to Rev. Lamar W. Claypool.

They enjoy ministering together and have established Priscilla and Aquila Support Ministries, Inc., a ministry of encouragement and support.
They have three adult children, Jacinta, a Certified Daycare Provider who is studying Early Childhood education, Josiah , studying at Liberty University working on his MBA in International Business and Jamilla, a student of Rhode Island College concentrating in Psychology and Political Science(currently at home) and one grandson, Joshuah David.
